We believe good decisions beat clever hacks. We care about first principles, long-term impact, and understanding trade-offs, not chasing surface-level wins. We question defaults, look for patterns, and design systems that stay useful as complexity grows. Control isn't a feature. It's a way of thinking.
How we work
We work with high trust and high ownership. Small teams. Clear responsibilities. Plenty of autonomy. Decisions are intentional, feedback is direct, and progress is measured by outcomes, not optics. Our playbook is public. No surprises, no secrets.
Who we're for
