Customer Success Manager

But technology alone does not drive impact. People do. And that’s why we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and challenge the status quo.
You will work directly with some of the most forward-thinking e-commerce brands in the Nordics. You will onboard them, translate their business logic into Expanly’s dynamic models, and proactively drive value from day one. You will help them not just use our platform, but truly win with it.

Understands e-commerce and knows the pain of high return rates and low-margin bestsellers

Your Mission:
You won’t just manage accounts; you will be the bridge between a client's business reality and the power of our platform. Your goal is to ensure that every client leverages Expanly to its fullest potential, achieving measurable, game-changing results.
What You Will Actually Do:
Act as the client's strategic partner from onboarding to renewal, becoming their go-to expert on intelligent advertising.
Translate a client's business logic (their goals, margins, and inventory realities) into powerful, dynamic models within the Expanly platform.
Proactively drive value through regular check-ins, identifying growth opportunities and sharing data-driven insights that make your clients smarter.
Be the voice of the customer inside Expanly. You will collaborate directly with our product team, channeling real-world feedback to shape the future of our platform.
Own your clients' success. Your impact will be measured by their retention, their satisfaction, and the concrete business growth they achieve.
What We Are Looking For:
Deep Experience in Digital Marketing: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads.
Proven E-commerce Fluency: You have worked with at least 5 different e-commerce clients and you speak the language of margins, AOVs, and return rates fluently.
Solid Skills in Feed-Based Advertising: This is at the core of what we do. You have a deep, practical understanding of how feed-based advertising works.
Technical Curiosity and Data Skills: You thrive in technical environments. You don't need to code, but a basic understanding of JavaScript and SQL is required. You have strong technical skills with Excel or Google Sheets to manage and analyze data.
Growth-Hacker Mindset: You are always testing, optimizing, and thinking about how to improve processes for our clients and for our team.
Excellent Communication: You have full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and the ability and willingness to communicate directly and proactively with clients to solve their challenges.
Nice to Have (but not required):
Experience with profit-based bidding in ad platforms.
Experience with modern performance marketing campaigns such as Google PMax and Meta Advantage+.
Exposure to BI tools like Looker Studio, GA4, and BigQuery.
Broad e-commerce platform knowledge (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or equivalent).
Previous experience in a dedicated Customer Success role.
